Fragrant Rice (Sen Kra Oub) Rice: This rice has a nearly identical smooth aroma and soft texture to Phka Malis rice but can be planted in any general, irrigated area and harvested throughout the year with the main harvests taking place in April and July. It is a perfect grain for those who like a soft but chewy, scented rice and is especially good for fried rice dishes.

Neang Khon: High quality, affordable, non-fragrant variety of short grain white rice grown in crop paddies in Cambodia’s fertile Northwestern region. Neang Khon rice is soft, puffy and tasty and is ideal for fried rice and Cambodian dishes.
